Summary: Had several Issues but after several complaints and speaking with the night manager on duty at the time and the experience manager in the morning, they all made it worthwhile. Overall experience was good and would definitely return with the family. I think they need to consider the noise level From the pipes for persons who stays on the ground floor. You can hear every toilet that flushes and the water running through the pipes and there is an extremely loud water noise maybe from the swimout pool as early as 3:30 am to far back as 7am. If they can fix those issues it’s a 10 out of 10 for me.. lots of food to chose from from the buffet, service was great. Property clean and eco friendly. Great VR room and Kids club. Entertainment needs improvement. But I strongly recommend. I’ll see them sooner than later

Summary: This resort exceeded our expectations. The photos on line didn’t do the resort justice. They had so much more to offer. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. My family didn’t want to leave. That says a lot.

Summary: Hospitable and accommodating. With my mother being in a wheelchair, the first room was distant from most of the property amenities. Thanks to Andre Myrie, one of the most pleasant bells man, we were able be accommodated with courtesy and efficiency. Overall, beautiful property and spendid experience.

Summary: I had a wonderful stay at Princess Grand Resort Jamaica! The rooms were spotless and well-kept, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The food was absolutely delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The kids especially loved the entertainment — fun, lively, and perfect for all ages. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Having a swim out pool was on point. Waking up in the morning to a nice swim and in the evening to cool down. Decent water sports activities. The kids enjoyed the canoeing and peddle boat into the sea. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable vacation in Jamaica!
